Simply by going on to Page Management you can add as many pages as you wish. On the Lite version you also have a drop down menu feature, you can add pages to the drop down menu by going to the Group Pages function.

To prevent your site from appearing cluttered - you can create pages and hide them from the main menu. These can then linked to from within other pages on your site. Example - click here
